The high and uniform cross-linking density enables rubber to form a stable network structure when compressed, effectively resisting deformation. Even under extreme working conditions such as high temperature and high pressure, this stable network structure can still be maintained, resulting in minimal compression permanent deformation of hydrogenated nitrile rubber. For example, after being compressed at a high temperature of 150 ℃ for 72 hours, the compression set of hydrogenated nitrile rubber may only be 20% -30%, while ordinary rubber materials may exceed 50%, which fully reflects the advantages of hydrogenated nitrile rubber in terms of compression performance.
