1. Form a stable cross-linked network: ZDMA can undergo cross-linking reaction with styrene butadiene rubber molecules, forming a three-dimensional cross-linked network structure between rubber molecular chains. This structure enhances the interaction force between rubber molecular chains, limits the relative sliding of molecular chains, thereby improving the overall strength and toughness of rubber, and enabling tires to better maintain structural integrity and reduce wear when subjected to friction and impact from complex mining road conditions.
2. Improve crosslink density: Adding ZDMA can effectively increase the crosslink density of styrene butadiene rubber. Appropriate cross-linking density can give rubber better elasticity and deformation resistance. During tire rolling, it can quickly recover to its original state in the face of frequent compression and stretching, reduce wear caused by plastic deformation, and extend the service life of the tire
Improve heat resistance performance
1. Reduce heat accumulation: Mining machinery tires generate a large amount of heat due to friction during operation, and excessively high temperatures can accelerate rubber aging and wear. ZDMA can improve the thermal conductivity of rubber to a certain extent, allowing the heat generated inside the tire to dissipate faster, reducing the temperature accumulation inside the tire, slowing down the thermal aging rate of the rubber, thereby maintaining the performance of the rubber and indirectly improving the wear resistance of the tire.
2. Enhance thermal stability: ZDMA can improve the thermal stability of styrene butadiene rubber, enabling it to better maintain its structure and properties in high temperature environments. In the high-temperature working environment of mines, tires are not easily softened or degraded by heat, maintaining their mechanical properties such as hardness and strength, thereby improving their wear resistance.
3. Good dispersibility: ZDMA has good dispersibility in styrene butadiene rubber and can be evenly distributed in the rubber matrix, ensuring the uniformity of rubber properties. This helps to achieve the same performance improvement in various parts of the rubber during tire production, avoiding premature wear caused by local performance differences and improving the overall quality and service life of the tire.
